For as long as I can remember, I've always doodled in my school notebooks, on restaurant placemats, and on my meeting documents. I've always been good with shapes and colors, if not with words. I think it was therefore perfectly natural for me to use this vector to explore my particular vision of life. My paintings are the very personal expression  an emotion felt, the reflection of a memory, an idea, an ideal. They are the projection of a reflection and the extension of my thoughts.

Inspiration comes to me from music, literature, travel and human beings in general.

Self-taught, I work by instinct and let myself be guided by the inspiration of the moment. There is no set plan. The initial idea is transformed and evolves over the course of its realization. I work to create a story: the background with text excerpts or scores, the atmosphere with a play of colors and brushstrokes, then finally, a main character full of depth and intensity.  

Although my creative process is spontaneous and totally improvised, it is always extremely sincere. I don't try to follow rules or trends. For me, in creation, the rules do not exist. There is no obligation or procedure to follow. I can do what I want and be what I like, without the pressure of social shackles. There are no more borders, no more limits. While I am creating, I am completely free. That's what matters to me and that's what I try to project and transmit through my works.
